PND workshop in Finland-Mini Album

Ciao fan di PaperNova, sono di nuovo Terhi!

Lo scorso marzo ho tenuto due workshop incredibili e divertenti qui in Finlandia e ho condiviso la mia esperienza nel mio post precedente. Nel post ho anche promesso di condividere qualcosa in più sul mio mini-album, quindi eccoci qui!

Questo mini-album sembra molto complesso, stratificato, pesante ma pulito e molto dettagliato, ma in realtà è molto semplice da realizzare.

Ho usato la bellissima collezione Respiro per creare il mini-album e anche alcuni fogli di cartoncino solido per renderlo abbastanza spesso da poterlo gestire. Fare pagine spesse è importante, perché di solito le persone non sono così attente a girare le pagine - solo un piccolo consiglio.

Gli abbellimenti sono principalmente elementi fussy cut, ma ho anche usato le stesse carte con punch e fustelle per creare elementi più interessanti.

La ciliegina sulla torta è il filo dorato che segue ogni pagina. Il filo è così sottile che l'ho anche avvolto intorno ad alcune fotografie.

I held two amazing and fun workshops here in Finland last March and shared my experience in my previous post. In the post, I also promised to share more about my mini-album, so here we go!

This mini album looks very complex, layered, chunky but clean, and very detailed, but it actually very simple to make.

I used the beautiful Respiro collection to create the mini-album and also some solid cardstock sheets to make it thick enough to handle. Making thick pages is important, as usually, people aren’t that careful to turn the pages - just a small tip.

The embellishments are mainly fussy cut elements, and I also used the same papers with punches and dies to make more interesting elements.

The cherry on top is the golden thread following along each page. It binds the look together and as the thread is so thin, I even wrapped it around some photographs.
